Moffhub Solutions ("Moffhub", "we", "us") is a software studio registered in Kenya. Our registered office is in Juja, Kiambu County. Questions about these terms: info@moffhubsolutions.com.

You may browse the site, read our blog and packages, and contact us through the form on the contact page. Don't attempt to break, scrape excessively, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the site or its underlying systems.

Any consulting or development engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (statement of work, services agreement, or master agreement). These site terms do not by themselves create a service relationship.

Composer packages we publish under the moffhub vendor on Packagist are released under the licence stated in each package's repository (typically MIT). Use them on those terms.

All content on this site copy, branding, blog posts, design is owned by Moffhub or licensed to us. Quote freely with attribution; do not republish wholesale without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability arising from your use of this site is limited to KES 10,000. We're not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you visit. We'll note material changes near the top of this page when they happen.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
